VESPERS:
PHOTO POST-SCRIPT


Thanks to Caterina, we have a more representative photo sampling of the event.



First, the Holy Father venerated a relic of St. Jean-Marie Vianney - his heart - at the Choir Chapel in the Basilica.
The relic was specially brought to the Vatican from Ars for this occasion.



Then came Vespers with a beautiful homily from the Holy Father (posted above).


And finally Benediction and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
